So i realised when I went to bed that my screen is fluttering a bit. The screen goes a bit bright and then back to where it was. I noticed this when i was watching a youtube vid with my blue light filter on. I took the filter off and it still continued.

Do you have any form of auto-brightness mode set up or adaptive display, perhaps? When watching in dark places, especially, reflections of bright lights can throw off the sensor and darken the screen,which eliminates the bright glare, which forces the screen to up the brightness, and so on and so forth.
