HELP why is my screen multicoloured

I turned my tablet on only to find out that the screen was multicoloured and looked cracked. Is there anyway to fix this

Welcome to Android Central! Which tablet is it? Any drops, trauma, or water damage? The screen likely needs to be replaced.

Hi it's a lenovo A5500-h and I stupidly dropped my chair on it. A friend told me he reckons that the lcd has been damaged but he doesn't know if you can fix it once there damaged

LCD screens can always be replaced. The question is if there is more extensive damage. I'd recommend taking it to a qualified technician to diagnose and repair.
