Why is my screenshot dim or have a pattern over it?

My screenshots are now becoming dim, or there is a weird pattern showing up, almost as an overlay. Has anyone else had this issue. I've searched all over and found nothing.

I've only had that happen if I do have my screen filter overlay turned on. Not sure what else could cause that, so I'd double check that isn't your issue.
