I just received another replacement Z3 from T-Mobile and I can hardly hear what the other person is saying when I make calls. I have my speakers turned up and I have the settings up as well for the audio, but still it does this. Is it my phone just doing this?

Welcome to Android Central! Is this only when you use the earpiece speaker? What about when you change to speakerphone--does that sound normal? Or using a wired or Bluetooth headset? If all of that sounds normal, then your earpiece is probably faulty. Show T-Mobile and make sure they give you another replacement.

Well when I turn on the speakerphone, it sounds alright, but when I turn it off, it goes back with the audio barely heard on the earpiece speaker. I haven't tried Bluetooth headsets yet, but I was wondering if it was just my earpiece speaker. This is my 2nd replacement phone I got from T-Mobile and it still has the same problems as the one I received. I'm getting another one in a couple of days, but I told them to test it out before shipping it to me.

Are you using WiFi calling? I ask because I know that I only have this problem when I use WiFi calling.
