Why is my touch screen glitching?

Hey....i dropped my phone.. the lcd broke but then i got it fixed from a cellphone repair shop. but when I play a game that needs to have two fingers on the screen at the same time, like a shooter, where one finger controls the movement and the other shoots, when I release one of the fingers, the other one stops responding and I need to press the screen again to make it work. Please respond send help! My android version is 5.1.1 if that helps.

I would take it back to who repair the device, something didn't go correct.

Possible, but definitely take it back to them, how long ago was this ?
