Why is my WiFi not turned on ?

[Android Central Question]

I have A5 2016 after I updated my phone the wifi had been broken and I can't turn it on again. Please let me know about the solution for this problem.

Because you're doing it wrong.
Do another factory reset.

Please elaborate is the WiFi icon faded out meaning you can't select it? If not delete the WiFi connection you're on and reconnect it again.

Kidding aside, have you tried a cache wipe?

Do you get any messages when you try to turn it on? Is the WiFi actually on but you just can't connect to it? Have you tried restarting your phone? Have you tried turning ON Airplane mode and then 30 seconds later turning it off?
