Whenever I plug in my wireless charger, it flashes royal blue, green, then light blue...with or without my phone on it. Then my phone (Galaxy S9+) does not charge at all.

Anyone else have this issue and a solution to the problem?

The flashing upon plug-in is normal. It's kinda like the charger self-testing after powering up. As for the phone not charging, have you tried it with other wireless chargers? Try turning NFC on/off, and make sure there are no bulky cases between the charger and the backplate (and no metal plates for like magnetic holders).

I do have issues every now and then with my older Samsung charger and the S9/Note 9 line (I place the phone on the charger, charges for like 5 seconds, and then stops charging, then starts charging again, 5 seconds later, stops... and so on and so forth), but an unplug/plug-in of the charger base usually fixes it right away (sort of like resetting it). And make sure you're using the right charger FOR the wireless base (a normal 0.5A plug won't do it).
