why is no ringing sign?

people call to me but no sign of call or ringing or anything that they had made a call

Which phone are you using? Does this happen every time someone calls you, or only from certain contacts or in certain locations?

Make sure your phone isn't in Do Not Disturb mode. Barring that, I'd check with your mobile carrier to ensure that your account is configured correctly, or that you're not in a weak-signal area when this occurs.
