Why is S Voice not working on my Gear 2 Neo?

Why is S Voice not working on Gear 2 Neo.

My S Voice stopped working after Marshmallow update. The error message is cannot connect to server. Try again later. It has been a week and a half.

S Voice has also stopped working for me too once I updated to Marshmallow on my Samsung Note 5 with the Gear 2.
