Why is send emails ok but receiving them isn't on my Samsung S4?

Sending okay but not receiving emails on Samsung s4

Any ideas please?! I have a Samsung S4 that up until last Friday was receiving emails from my works exchange. Then it stopped receiving anything. I can send emails from the device and they reach the destination but wont show up on the phone in the sent folder. I haven't changed my password or made any changes. I've deleted the account and reinstalled also. Sync is checked. Confusing as one minute its working then it stopped and I can send and they are delivered but not showing on phone. Any guidance will be appreciated.

I would try to clear cache and app data on the email app
