Why is Textra messaging app is showing one of contacts as a setting?

When I go to the settings for textra, I see the name of one of my contacts as a selection to turn on or off. I don't know how this name got in there and see no way to remove it or add others as their own selections.

I believe their name shows up if you've assigned a notification to that person that is outside of your default notifications. My wife's name shows up as she is the only person in my contacts that has a specific text tone, again, outside of default.

Also see in the setting of the app if you mute that person , usually be 3 dots upper right after going into their message.

Thanks for the suggestions and the correction to the forum. I couldn't find anything different in the settings. She wasn't assigned a special ring tone or anything like that. She wasn't muted either. I finally gave up and cleared the data then set it all up again. It's finally gone now.
