Why is that my S5 is having some games problem?

I love to play games in my android phone, I have some problems to some of the games I wanted to play, especially the Summoners War when I try to sync my old account its just keeps loading.

Is it a Google Play Games account, or is the account on the game company's server?

It's a Google play game, I already sent the issue to the support and they said the problem is my phone. I uninstalled the game to end the problem.
