Android Central Question

I started charging the battery at 67% at 9.30 am. At 7 o'clock in the night, I saw that the feed had reduced to 27%, (I continued to feed) after two hours, I saw that the feed had decreased to 14%, then it was completely 0% (I continued to feed). .After about 14 hours it slowly starts to germinate and after about 6 hours there is 100% germination

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using the charger that came with the phone, or a 3rd party charger? Were you actively using the phone while charging? If you were doing something that requires a lot of battery (like playing a processor-intensive game), the battery usage can easily exceed the charging rate (especially if it's not a quick charger).

Your phone is using more power than the charger can provide.

There's 2 basic reasons I can think of this might be happening. First the charger might be putting out too little power... It could be failing or just old. The second is that you could have an app that's using too much power. Check your battery usage statistics to see if this is the case.

If your not using the device during that time try another charger/Cable or battery issue

I would suspect these as well... if you can rule out the charger and cable as the problem than it's most likely a battery issue. I had a problem like this and a factory reset fixed it... it's pretty unlikely the reset will fix it but you never know, it shocked the heck out of me when it worked for my device  :p ;)
