Why is the application stopped when i'm opening the Apps in the settings?

Application is stopped unfortunately when i m opening the Apps in the settings

In moto g 2nd generation mobile when i m opening the settings in the apps option it is telling unfortunately,Settings has stopped so how can resolve the issue

Did you have an update recently?

Try the usual fixes. Reboot the phone. Wipe the cache partition. If the problem is still there boot the phone in safe mode to see if it's a system problem or an app going wild.
