Why is the google tap to speak not getting out of my phone because i want to use the keyboard

GOOD MORNING I AM USING PREMIO s83, I WANT TO USE THE 'KEYBOARD' SO I CANT DO THAT BECAUSE OF THE 'GOOGLE TAP TO SPEAK'...PLEASE HELP

It sounds as if you don't have a keyboard installed. Install a keyboard from Google Play such as Gboard or SwiftKey.
