Android Central Question

Text messages don't send, mobile internet rarely works for more than five minutes...

I Google my problems and only find clickbait written a month ago by "The Droid Guy".

Why did I waste so much money on this brick?!

Will Samsung fix it??

Provede proof that s10s are unreliable?

Did you use your existing sim card or the on in the box. If existing, try upgrading to the one in box if able to swap.

That's terrible, the S10+ has been one of the best phones I've had and I've had quite a lot. I would take the phone into your carrier.

Verizon had a huge SMS outage on the eastern part of the country today. Probably not your s10.

It's not. Perhaps your particular phone is causing issues that may even be carrier related, not manufacturer related.

I believe Android Central Question is not a real person. All the questions are faults with the phone and apparently has an S10 and an S10+. I have seen about 5 or 6 posts started by ACQ but they never post anything else in the discussion.

The android central person is a unregistered user asking a question. It actually could be several different people asking questions. That's the default name for those unregistered.

In all the years I have been on this forum I have never seen that before. Granted I don't post alot but I've been lurking for at least 6 years.:)

Yeah , we might not ever hear again from that person.

Will Samsung fix what? Our phones are working fine. Either you're a troll or you've got a bad device.

Take it back.

I am also having huge connectivity issues. Just finally came here to see what's up, or if others are having problems. S 10+ on Sprint. Mobile data spotty as heck. I have zero signal in my house where my last S7 edge never had one problem with that. Texts in the last days are lucky if they go through on the first try. Downloading messages is problematic and very often requires many times for a picture or something to come in. I.e. this morning was connected to LTE with 1 less than full bars and for 10-15 mins couldn't even pull up Google. Restart seems to connect immediately, then service bars go from full or almost to zero bars for 5-10 mins. Used new sim in box direct from Samsung. Also...just curious if anyone that got the phone on day one, was missing the micro sd card that said it was included in the box. I don't much care, as I'd upgrade it anyways to bigger, but just curious. Also did speed tests multiple times this morn....pics below. Zero upload speed, or close...And voice to text is very lucky if it gets my sentences halfway close to correct....also is slow, and breaks off sentences. Yep $1200 of not happy. I did prl and profile and software updates on day one. No change.Screenshot_20190313-072748_Speedtest.jpegScreenshot_20190313-065822_Samsung Internet.jpegScreenshot_20190313-065656_Speedtest.jpegScreenshot_20190313-065545_Speedtest.jpeg
