Why is the screen flickering yellow on my Samsung s5

[AC Question]

Lately the screen of my Samsung turns into yellow flickering. I have taken the battery out and android the SD card and put it back in. It stops flickering for a while and starts with the same problem again.

A failing display, perhaps? Back up fully now, lest it fail completely.
