why is the screen full with ink

i was using my phone last morning i noticed the upper part of the screen forming ink and after a short while i released that the screen was full of ink .thanks for you time

That's not ink, that's pressure damage to your display.
It was either dropped or pressed way to hard, pressure impact

The screen will need to be replaced by a repair shop if you wish to continue to use the device.
