Why is the wrong name showing when contacts are calling?

Wrong Name Showing When Contact Calling

My boss Frank has an HTC One M9. We had a colleague Brian whos number was saved on Franks phone. Brian has now left the company and the phone was given to his replacement Paul.

Frank has change the contact in his phone from Brian to Paul. When Paul calls Frank it still shows as Brian. I have check on the phone and can't find any trace of Brian. We use IBM Notes for email/contact which is synced to Franks phone and there is no longer any contact in IBM Notes relating to Frank.

Has anyone had experience of this issue before?
