Why is there a green flickering line in the top of my screen

[Android Central Question]

There is a solid green line near the top of my screen, and with flickering lines below it. The line is starting the make web pages or apps move up and down. I have a brand new Samsung Note10. I've dropped it twice, but onto carpet both times. The lines didn't start any time near either drop

Try to return it or go through insurance if you have it , it doesn't have to be hard floor or cement to cause damage to screen .
