Why is there a teddy bear icon in my system tray?

Updated my Galaxy S20+ and subsequent saw this icon. I went through my apps and do no see any that would account for it. Power cycling does not remove.

Because ADORABLE!

or maybe it means kids mode has turned on? I'm not willing to turn kids mode on to find out, I don't know what will happen lol

I made you the owner of the original guest post to make it easier for you to find.

Not sure what that is -- I couldn't find a reference to it on the web. @mustang7757, does that look familiar to you?

Presumably, there won't be any details in the notification panel, since it's on the right side of the status bar, but check to be sure.

And as fuzzylumpkin mentioned, make sure Kids Mode isn't turned on.

Looks like something 3rd party and I have kids mode disabled so won't be able to try it . Safe mode see if it goes away

I wouldn't think kids mode now I'm thinking because it give different UI layout and launcher

Thanks, guys.
No kids mode.
No notification.
I suspected a third-party app, but I did not recently (at least purposefully) download anything, and I checked my apps and do not see anything I do not recognize.

I had thought maybe something like Tunnel Bear, but it isn't trivial for a third party app to display a status bar icon as far as I know. The only app I've used that I've seen touch the status bar is hex. Which requires a decent amount of messing around to enable.

Yeah something 3rd party for sure
