Every where I touch there is a white dot my note 5.... pls help

It may be Show Touches, a feature in Developer Options. Have Developer Options been enabled on your device, and furthermore, switched on?

Yup it happens when 'show touches' is enabled. You can disable it by going yo developer options and uncheck show touches.
