Why is there an error in my game

When I open my game it shows this white form or something saying that my hardware does not support the application and says links or stuff and because it does that it won't let me play

Welcome to Android Central! Which device, and which game? If it tells you the hardware doesn't support the app, then that means the device hardware does not support the app. You need to get a device that supports the app.

Sounds like the game isn't compatible with your device, you likely need a more powerful device with a better SOC or more RAM but without more details we can only speculate.
