Why is there not a choice for media and audio

[Android Central Question]

Why does my Android smartphone connect to my Kenwood screen in my car but only through call Audio? When I press the settings icon in the Bluetooth connection under the Kenwood selection settings there's not even an option for Media or audio only for calls. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting I even went as far as pulling it out and checking the wires on my Kenwood. Someone please help I just want to listen to my radio!

Does the radio actually support such a connection? Some only support bluetooth for call audio. What model Kenwood do you have?
