Why is there only 144, 360 and 720p video settings available in youtubekn my new galaxy note 9?

I just bought this note 9, as the prices dropped due to the release of S10. I'm very happy with the phone, but this YouTube glitch is bugging me. I only have the option of changing the video quality to either 144, 360 or 720p. I've changed the resolution in phone settings, set the settings to default and everything else. Nothing works.

It sucks to not be able to watch hd videos on allegedly the best screen in the world.

Can you post links to which videos you're having trouble? I have no issues on the S9
