Why is this new update so bad?

[Android Central Question]

I can't use the photo gallery, at all, and Chrome kept crashing. I tried doing this on my phone but my screen just kept going black or the keyboard would stop working and the face buttons stopped working. Please for the love of god fix this broken update or tell me how to revert back to an older version.

If you're able to wipe the cache partition, that's always worth a try. You'll have to tell us which phone you have if you want to know if this is possible.
