Ok I've seen a lot of people asking how to delete albums in their photo Gallery, but this one really has me stumped (I already know how to go to Google+ to delete photos so they'll disappear).

This was a photo I posted to Facebook. I think I posted it via the Facebook app, but it was a while ago and maybe it was through website....

The photo appears in my gallery as it's own album entitled "Posts - [my Google username]"

I have attempted to delete every known existence of this photo.
Deleted the photo from phone
Deleted the post of the photo from Facebook
Deleted the copy of photo that was saved to my Google+ Instant Uploads
Deleted the photo from my "Posts" album in Google+

DERP!!! WTF! It's still there!

UPDATE: I downloaded the Picasa program to my computer went to "Import Photos from Google+." There was an album entitled "February 8, 2013," which is the date that I posted the photo to Facebook. So I imported it. This created a new folder on my local hard drive called, "Downloaded Albums." In there was another folder with some long number for a title, but the photo in question was not downloaded. And yet, I still can see it on my phone. I'm beginning to think this is a legitimate glitch?
