Why is touch wizard not responding alert is froze what do I do to clear it

Home screen has TouchWiz home isn't responding. Do you want to Wait. Close. It is froze and I cannot click the close button it is frozen. Please help

Hey this is James here to help I had this problem kinda too and the solution is that you need to get Google now launcher because it simply Is much faster and Samsung's touch Wiz is very slow and doesn't always respond i've been using Google now launcher ever since I got it's just better and easier
