Why is wifi calling not available on my S7?

[AC Question]

I bought an unlocked S7, I think it was a sprint phone. There is no brand on it. I am a tmobile customer. I don't see anywhere to enable wi fi calling. I know where to look. It's not there. Is there some way to download this, or turn it back on?

Tried getting VoLTE on my unlocked S7 on Fido in Canada and I can't see the feature. Fido enabled it on my account but since it was purchased on Videotron it seems like I won't be able to enable VoLTE regardless... Probably same behavior you are facing with WiFi calling.
