Welcome to Android Central! It's hard to troubleshoot these no-name Android boxes or sticks, because they have little or no documentation/support, and are more prone to faulty hardware or firmware. There's probably not much you can do besides try to exchange it or get a refund.

Electronics sometimes have problems, it is normal.
