Why isn't my email working on my S9

I have deleted and re added my email accounts and after the initial download of emails it stops working. When I refresh it does not download any new emails. When I delete the email account, and re add the email account, I get a message when I add the email account back, I get a message "smart call stop working" When I look for that app, there is none on my phone. HELP
 
According to the thread I found in another forum Smart Call is a system app, so if you are just scrolling through the list you wouldn't find it. If you had used the search bar you would have likely found it. To solve the issue of Smart Call has stopped, you will need to find the app. Follow this, Settings>Apps>the 3 dots in the upper right corner Show System apps>Smart Call>Storage>Clear Cache>Clear Data. If Smart Call is the source of your issue this should fix that.
