Why isn't my Galaxy A3 screen responding?

Galaxy A3 Screen not responding

Hi,

My screen is not responding, it is not frozen, all buttons work and I have forced the phone to restart from holding the volume and power button.

It is not working, I am wondering if you can help me.

It could be that the digitiser has failed.
