Why isn't my Google App working?

No Google App Running.

On my LG L90 after factory reset no Google app is working..... it opens and closes automatically n there's always a message in notification about updating Google Play Services even when its updated....n when I click it also closes automatically.

Welcome to the forums. What version of Play Services do you have? You can find the version number in Settings>apps>swipe over to all apps>scroll down to Play services.
