Why isn't my Google Play Store working?

google play store not working

I don't know what happened. But my Google play store is stuffed you click on to Google play store app and it won't even go into it at all.
I've cleared cache etc... I've factory reset my phone I've turned gGoogle play store off and back on in setting. I've uninstalled the update also re-installed it nothings working please someone help
