Why isn't my HTC One M8 reading my phone storage NOT SD CARD?

HTC One M8 won't read my phone storage NOT SD CARD

My phone won't read any music, pictures, and video after lollipop update. And I do not have any SD CARD install...I'm really tired of this..this also happen to my moto X 2nd...can anybody tell me the solution???

Bring the phone into the carrier and ask them to please fix what their update broke.
