My phone its not charging

I have Samsung Galaxy S6 but when i put in on the charger for example i have 15% when i look after 30 minutes its 15% again,i unplug and plug again and after that starts charging.
I dont know why its happenin this.
Also when its charging,someone wrote me and i reply that message my phone doesnt charge anymore.i should unplugg and plug in again to charge
This problem started 1 week ago.
