Why isn't my phone making calls?

my phone is not calling

I can txt and receive and use data but I cannot call anyone.

Bring the phone into your carrier for assistance. It could be something wrong in your account setup, it could be a network problem, it could be something wrong with the phone (which is least likely, since texting and making calls are about the same thing to the phone).

I dont want to do that since i've got my phone rooted, do you have any other sugestions?
