Why isn't my phone starting after format partition?

Phone is Not Starting After format partition

I have YU Yuniqe phone.I installed Marshmallow on it.but when i install supersu to root, it displayed on Cyan OS logo. So i wipe all data but i can not wipe it, then i execute mke2fs -T ext4 /dev/block/mmcblk0p8 on TWRP Terminal on root directory then i press reboot but my phone is not starting. my phone is offed but when i connect it through USB in my laptop it display 8 drives and one of them is accessible which contain image folder. please help me to start my phone

You deleted the os

Download your phone's firmware or even custom os and use otg or sideload to install in custom recovery

my phone is not booting then how to enter in recovery mode
