Why isn't my S3 mini vibrating when it rings?

My S3 mini does not vibtrate when rings

I went to the phone apps and selected the call settings option which then gives me the option to vibrate my phone when ringing , i even chose the vibrate pattern but still it does not vibrate.
I went to settings for call options and i still get no different result.
Please help

Can you get the phone to vibrate for anything? Like turning the ringer volume all the way down then calling it? If not, the phone is probably defective.

If your phone doesn't vibrate even when it's on the "vibrate" mode, something's wrong with your phone and you might want to get it fixed.

Welcome to the forums!

It sounds like you have a system setting or a 3rd party application that's overriding the Dialer settings. You could try booting into Safe mode http://support.verizonwireless.com/support/devices/knowledge_base.html/59242 and see if it works.
Or you could look through the various system settings to see if there's something that's interfering with the Dialer settings.
