Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo not recognizing USB OTG

i would like to know why? and some solution, idea that what i can do?

Some devices do not support USB OTG without root access. It also depends on the kernel of the device. From what I read on other forums, the neo version does not support MHL or USB OTG. However, I found some websites stating it does. What OTG cable are you using? Is it the official Samsung cable, or a third party cable?

yes, it does support OTG. You have to connect the usb with an OTG Y cable.
