Why isn't my Samsung Galaxy Tab2 - 10.1 version 4.2.2 working?

samsung gaaxy tab2 - 10.1 version 4.2.2

my tablet is samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1 inch version 4.2.2, it doesn't work alsough I press the power button for long time. I tried the hard reset the It appears the android shape in green and under this shape, Dowloading, do not turn off target !!
I am waitin for 45 minutes and it is the same what shall I do please ?

Welcome to Android Central!

It sounds like you put it in download mode and not in to recovery mode. Hold the volume up key instead of town and see if it boots in to recovery. From there you should be able to select factory reset.

Try holding the power button down until it turns off, if that does not work hold the power button and the volume down button until it runs off. Have you tried downloading Samsung Kies to see if it will recognize and recover the tablet?
