My smtp outgoing server data not being saved on HTC One 8 Gmail app.
I setup the correct smtp settings for my outgoing server (works correctly on all my other devices), press next for it to test the settings, and it comes back successfully.. press finish setup and it displays that the settings were saved!
Then, I exit setup and come back to the same spot where it will test the smtp settings, without changing anything... click next to test and it fails. Also sending emails fail.
It looks like the setting were not in fact saved, even though it says explicitly in a message that it saved them.
If I then type in the correct password again... it succeeds, says it has saved the settings again. .. but then repeats the the pattern to fail again...
