Why isn't my Yahoo mail app able to connect?

When I try to connect to Yahoo Mail app I keep getting a message "Sorry, we are unable to connect to the Internet". Even when I try www.yahoomail.com I get the same message. Please help!

Are you using the stock email app or the Yahoo Mail app? Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data? Do all other apps connect to the web without difficulty?
