Why isn't wifi calling working on my Note 4?

Brand New Note 4. Wifi Calling wont work.

I am trying to set up wifi calling on my new note 4 but I just get a screen that says "Network Is Not Available".

Searched all over but couldn't find anything. Any help will be much appreciated.

You ARE connected to a wifi router that's connected to the internet, right? If so, bring the phone back. New phone + problem = replacement. (If you're willing to do the work others should be doing without getting paid for it, I have a whole lot of stuff you can do around here. It's Samsung's problem, not yours. Let them worry about it. Just bring it back to your carrier and nicely ask them to replace the phone.)
