why isnthe the galaxy s5 compatible with snapchat?

My brand new galaxy s5 is telling me it's not compatible with snapchat in the play store. Why is that happening? Why isnt it compatible?

Hello. I have the Galaxy S5 from Verizon and I just logged into the Google Play Store and my S5 is compatible with Snapchat. Is the Google Play store up to date on your S5? Have you tried a battery pull (leaving the battery out for a few minutes)?

Is Snapchat in the same ballpark as Netflix in which you can't use the app if your device is rooted?
