Why is't my LG D415 getting a good connection?

my lg-d415 is not getting good connection

i tried betternet but that doesnt work. it also keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. also i will have bars of wifi but its like theres no wifi on it wont load google facebook nothing pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee help im about to destroy this phone
