Why lollipop like ****

My phone lil bit lagging after install it,google play services background eat my mobile data until 509 mb,3G watchdog error and crashing,my opera mini can't display image,gallery is gone,my battery reduces so fast

Welcome to Android Central! There will likely be 3rd party apps that haven't been fully updated for Lollipop yet, so that's probably why your 3G Watchdog and Opera Mini aren't working right. The old Gallery app has finally been phased out in favor of Photos--if you don't like it, try installing QuickPic, which is excellent and free.

It's worth doing a cache partition wipe, which can help with various issues after a major system update. Be aware that this process can take 5-10 minutes on a Nexus 5. No personal data gets erased. http://forums.androidcentral.com/nexus-5-rooting-roms-hacks/352008-guide-nexus-5-recovery.html

Yeah, it's not Lollipop - rather, just an upgraded device. Flash if you can, upgrade if you must...

It lagged for me for a few mins then it went away, also could be an app running that's not optimized.
