Why my callers can't hear me

When I receive a call, I can hear the caller, but they can't hear me

How about when you make a call?

If they can hear you then, check with your carrier.

If they can't, check the mic hole in the phone (it should be near the bottom edge - check the manual). If there's dust or lint in there (like from carrying it in your pocket), use a sharp wooden toothpick to carefully clean it out. If not, it probably needs a repair shop.
