Why my Cardboard App does not make two same image on both side of screen?

Hello Everyone !
My name Farhan and i live in India, i have lyf water 2(yeah it not a international company) smartphone that have gyro and compass and a 5 inch IPS display with a ppi of 294(720x1280 pixels).
Recently My cousin brought a vr headset for his smartphone which i really enjoyed it
so i thought to buy one for my smartphone.I checked the minimum requirement and bought the IRUSU Monster VR.When it arrived i quick like unboxed the package
and took the vr out and as per the instructions i downloaded the cardboard app and scanned the qr given along with it but when the the demo came the right side of screen was just mirrored image of the left screen so when in viewer i can see two white reticle and excessive overlapping.
I tried to download a vr app called Sites in Vr which do not using cardboard config to divide the screen and scan the same qr code with that app, the screen was divide perfectly,two perfectly same image of both side and the experience was amazing.
But i can not extract all the fun since almost all the app and videos uses cardboard app to divide therefore please tell me how to make cardboard app divide the screen perfectly.

Sorry about the delay in response. Check the settings in the app and make sure you have it set for the correct type of headset. I’ve run into the same problem a few times and it’s always been a settings issue.
