Why my facebook is showing Facebook for windows Phone

I have not logged in my FB account ever from any windows Phone but today in the morning in security and log in section it is showing
"FACEBOOK FOR WINDOWS PHONE.UNKNOWN LOCATION
FACEBOOK INTEGRATION FOR FACEBOOK FOR WINDOWS PHONE
1 JULY 2015"
though it was not showing till yesterday.
Anyone have idea?

No I don't have facebook app for windows neither on my pc nor I don't have any windows Phone
And the strange thing is that it displays date which 1 July 2015
This information showing to me from 22feb 2019 onwards

Hmm, not sure how to explain it. Is this Security section where you're seeing this message in the Facebook app, or on the full Facebook website? Can you revoke access to that Windows Phone app?

Yes I have seen this in security section in the facebook app and yes I removed the access to that facebook for windows phone

I'd also do a security checkup for your Google account while you're at it.
